I have been using the small heated scraper on my clients for several months and they love it. I use it for levator scapulae, feet, elbows, behind the knees, and other areas. It really breaks up adhesions and feels better to the client vs the traditional scraping method.

Does what it says. But only giving 3☆ shape is kind of big and hard to hold in my hand. Also wish it did not beep when you turn the temp up. The heat is not aways consistent. The curve of the scrapper also is not my favorite. I probably wouldn't buy these again in the future.

I like this scrapers heat and vibration. I ve had it over a month now. I find it useful around the Rhomboids, IT Bands, Traps, Forearms, hands, arches off feet, and Hamstrings. I do wish that the handle was adjustable, and could flip to other side, and lock. I find it a bit awkward to use at certain angles. Otherwise, I m happy with it.
