Great little tool. My friend has trigeminal neuralgia from cancer behind her cheek and eye and I used it yesterday on her on her face lightly. She liked the heat and vibration. Used it around her ear which moved some fluid so she could hear better. Worked well around her shoulder blades and neck muscles.
Only con the first heat setting should be lower or a way to have vibration and no heat. Little warm in sensitive spots.
