My clients and I both love this mini-scraper. The size and shape are perfect for this tool. I especially love it for getting into those tight muscles, tendons, and ligaments of the hands and forearms! The heating capability is outstanding but the really impressive part is the speed with which it heats up. I love this tool so much that I carry it with me in my personal bag to use on myself at home and friends/family if needed. I eventually will purchase a second and possibly even third one to keep at my boyfriends.
The only tiny modification I would love to see would be to have the option to turn the vibration off. It might provide a little extra emphasis to the muscle but I truly dislike holding anything that reverberates back to me, especially in my overworked hands and wrists. Having said that, I still use this tool daily so it is not a deal breaker by any means.

My patients love it. As a massage therapist, I love it due to the perfect size grip of the handle. It’s a little more difficult to use on myself, however it’s great! Some of my patients think it’s like hot stones when I use it more on its side than the feel of the blade when it’s more vertical. I went to a continuing education class yesterday and had it out during the lunch hour. A PT, LMT and a chiropractor all wanted a demo. Of course I carry it everywhere! I love the mini. I previously bought the triangle which is great for larger muscle structures but the mini is perfect for accessing smaller muscles, tendons and ligaments. The best part is the pistol grip texture so it doesn’t slide around in my hand when I am working with massage oil. Brilliantly designed

The size is great for the upper extremity, and is easy to hold and move which helps save my own hands. The other IASTM tools I have are hard to manage at times.
