This is my first scraper and I love it

There are 3 therapists in my office and we were all skeptical about this product so I bought one and we all shared it, just to see if it stood up to its claims. Well Therapist D said her client love it, my client said he felt more back relief after using it and many of my client just love the heat and vibrations. Therapist H said she was hoping not to like it but it works and her client love it too, so she likes it. I am purchasing the small hand held one next. If you want to save your hands to impact your rock hard back clients, this is the tool to get. The carry case is a bonus for mobile massage therapist.

I have been using massage tools in my practice for 16 years. This is by far the most effective tool I have used. The combination of the heat and vibration work together to soften the tissue in a more gentle way, making it more comfortable for the client. This tool has been a game changer. I purchased both the large and small scrapers. I really like the small one for more intricate work. I appreciate the two difference ends (round and square) on the large one and I like that the vibration shuts off when you lay it down and automatically starts back up when you pick it up. I do wish the small one had that same feature. I will likely purchase the cups in the future.

I like to be able to use a tool on myself as much as on another person. This tool is a bit unwieldy for the self work. The heat function works well but I'm not sure if it is enough to overcome the ergonomic challenges that I've found with it.

Love this tool!!!! My only suggestion is to make (2) mini scraper exactly like this one to be able to grip better when hands have lotion on them.

My clients absolutely love this tool. They say how nice the heat feels and its not so abrasive as regular scraping tools can be, that Physical Therapists use. I enjoy using the AchedAway on my clients after I've massaged the tissue to loosen some of the adhesions. The scraper saves time and gets deeper into the tissue creating miraculous results. I'm always in search for the best tools in the industry, because for my business, it's the client results and feedback that is the main backbone of my success. I've always had the idea to incorporate a regular gua sha scraper with heat somehow, so I'd use a heat pack to warm the tissue, then use a gua sha scraper, and repeat. I've been in chronic pain for over a year with my hip flexor and IT band. With every step I take, pain shoots through both spots. My leg gives out on me & when I sleep at night, there is a throbbing that goes down the entire leg. My quality of life has been absolutely horrible. Last night my massage therapist used the Achedaway scraper on my hip flexor & IT band. I felt some improvement as the night went on but when I woke up this morning, the pain was 100% gone! I don't even know what to say. I'm speechless. After over a year the pain is gone! I feel like a new woman. Today I walked better, faster & more fluidly than I have in what feels like forever. It’s great and as a massage therapist, I consistently use it on specific and larger muscle groups. The only thing I dislike is the bulkiness of it. I’m fairly petite but strong and I feel I would use it better if not as think of grips. Client rave about it!!!!

My first order got lost in the mail. Once they realized they got me a new one sent out and my patients absolutely love it.

portable heat is nice, scrapping edge is too wide, feels more like rubbing against skin than going into deeper muscle with regular gua sha tools. price is a little steep for a device with 30 min usage time with heat and vibration on. thinner edge would be beneficial.

I’ve had this scraper for about a month now and so far it has worked wonders. The soft tissue on clients really loosens up quickly using this tool. Heats up quickly as well, It last me about 3-4 clients before I have to recharge, I wish it lasted a little longer but the upside is it charges fairly quickly so I can’t complain. Over all, 5 stars

I work as a massage therapist and PT, this is one of the best tools I have used in my practice for athletes and clients with chronic pain! I would recommend this to any professional!

It worked for about 3 weeks, I used it on all my clients. They loved it and helped me me get into tight much easier, however week two of owning it it started having problems. (Turning off while in use, heated blade cooled off, vibration stopped, not taking a charge past 40 percent after being charged for a few hours) it progressed and eventually stopped working all together. I wrote to manufacture & they offered a replacement however it’s not arrived & sits on the shelf as an expensive reminder. I hope it’s replacement arrives soon bc it’s a great product for my clinical sports clinic

I am a professional deep tissue massage therapist, as well as using my hands to perform massage, I also use a muscle gun and mini massage gun as additional to help with my practise, however since i purchased the achedaway scraper, it has made a tremendous difference especially with the heated blade as it definitely softens the muscle tissue and allows me to get a good therapeutic result, also clients love the feel of the blade, definitely a good purchase.

I love the Achedaway Heated Scraper. I use it primarily for the plantar fasciitis in my foot. I feel immediately relief after using it. I also love that the handle has a better grip than my other graston tools. It is the best device I own for pain relief.

Product is so amazing a must buy for massage therapist

Love the heat compared to my Graston Instruments i prefer something smaller to handle since i found myself having to use 2 hands, i like to use instrument in one hand and use my other to assess tissue, would love to see something smaller in the future, the beveled edge is quite similar to GT4 so love that i can slide that and pivot on edge. Overall very happy and will be incorporating in my sessions. Maybe something without the vibrations as well since that disturbs scanning the tissue but clients are loving it and it does give extra stimulation in the tissues.

As of now I’m been loving it and still getting use to it. Thank you for creating this tools for us. So far patients like it and they said they will buy it later.

Impeccable customer service. Service was efficient and extremely helpful. The heated muscle scraper is something I've been hoping I could find for soft tissue work. Working on myofascial tension and trigger points is much easier with the heat and vibration. Grip and handle is much better than your typical stainless steel instruments. What an amazing device! I have other muscle scrapers but this is the first and only one that incorporates heat and vibration. The handles are a good size for my small hands and my clients love the way it feels. I like to use it lightly to warm up and area for going in deeper with my hands.
