The first day I brought it into the clinic the staff fell in love with it. I have constant clinicians coming to look for it. By the end of the day it has to be charged because it is used so much by therapists. The tool itself is ergonomically easy to handle. Overall I am really liking the tool and so are my patients. However, sometimes the handle can be a bit long when working on the neck supine. It tends to bump on the table. Sometimes a patient has limited ROM and they can only turn their head so far which limits the use of the tool. I will have to turn it upside down and just grab it by the head of the unit and use it that way. Which puts stress on my hand because of the way I have to grip it. Apart from that I really like it.

Had shoulder and bicep surgery and it works like a charm. Have very sore and weak muscles going down deltoid and this melts away bunching and pain where deltoid tuberosity is located.
