I’ve used it on myself & people I treat. So far it’s been a positive experience for me & my patients. I just don’t know how durable this product is yet since I have only used it a handful of times. It’s very light & easy To hold but I find that because it’s encased in plastic material I’ve already noticed “creeking” noises when using it with slight pressure. Hope to see this product to be developed a lot stronger in the future.

Love it! I have fibromyalgia and all sorts of back issues and my husband uses it on my back. Just a bit of gentle pressure by my husband on my back really helps me with the knots and release the tight myofascia around my muscles. It's the perfect size to do my calf muscles when they cramp too. I highly reccomend it.

The device is easy to use, heats up quickly and you definitely feel the difference. My massage therapist showed me how to use it and I definitely got a headache the first couple times after I worked on my shoulders and neck but that was from the fascia release, not the device. I LOVE this tool! I was in a car accident and broke my wrist requiring 2 surgeries. This caused my fascia to become super tight and restricted some of my movement. My physical therapist started using this tool on me and it helped so much that i bought myself my own. It was been nothing but amazing and i would buy it a million times over if i needed to. I also started to use it on the bottom of my feet after my 12 hour shifts in the hospital and i wake up with no pain! I used to be sore for 2 whole day before using this. Also tried it out on a trip to Disney. I used it for my feet after the parks and it worked amazingly! I bought the Achedaway Mini Scraper because my shoulders and calves stay tight after workouts and long days sitting at a desk. This tool works great.
The heat makes a big difference. It warms the muscle and helps the scraper move smoothly across the skin. My muscles feel looser after a few minutes. I often use it on my neck, shoulders, and calves.
The size works well. It fits in my hand and slides into a gym bag without taking space. The battery lasts long enough for several sessions before I charge it again.
The controls stay simple. Turn it on, pick a heat level, and start. It heats up fast.
